Rosie's Pizza was established in 2004 in Seguin, Texas, by Theodore and Rosie Arevalo. After four years, the Arevalos decided to expand their business and opened a second location in San Marcos, Texas. It has been an honor to serve our communities with the best pizza in Texas for a decade and a half. Thank you, and here's to the next eighteen!
Meet
The Founders
After spending fifteen years working for a well-known pizza chain, Rosie Arevalo decided to leave her job in the corporate pizza world to pursue the dream of running her very own pizza business. In 2004, Rosie, along with her husband Theodore, officially opened their own pizza restaurant. The name "Rosie's Pizza To Go" was specifically chosen by Theodore Arevalo as a surprise for his wife to show how proud he was of her for following her dreams.
